· Work with maintenance technician, in repairing and maintaining physical structures, machinery and equipment, to include:
· Plumbing and electrical systems of industrial establishment;
· Using hand tools and power tools;
· Dismantle machines and/or equipment;
· Replace defective parts and motors;
· Adjust feed mechanisms.
· Complete preventative maintenance on building and grounds; with ability to assist with industrial equipment in an efficient and effective manner as work orders are released;
· Patch or replace plaster or plaster board and paint walls, ceilings and trim of building;
· Clear clogged drains and replace plumbing fixtures;
· May operate welding machine to repair or join metal parts;
· Prioritize work requirements as needed for production;
· Train and assist other employees (new or existing) when needed;
· Analyze and resolve work problems;
· Perform daily routine tasks along with other duties as described under General Maintenance Helper.
· Using company vehicle to necessary local errands (requires acceptable driving record)
· Other duties as assigned.
